The 7th Annual Elgin Community Cookout/ Fest, set in the historic Elgin on September 28, 2024, offers a unique opportunity for vendors. With a free BBQ meal, a day filled with fun, music, arts and crafts, and games for all ages, this event is a prime platform to showcase your products and services to the entire community. Vendors can begin set up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Exhibitors must show and be present during the complete festival from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024. No booths will be allowed to close early.
Type of Booth and Fees
Snacks - $35.00 per booth
Arts & Crafts/ Direct Sales Booth - $35.00 per booth
Non-Profit Booth – No Charge
Remember, payment must be postmarked or submitted online by September 21, 2024. Please mail your check to PO Box 779, Elgin, Texas 78621, or pay online using the button below. The deadline for payment is fast approaching, so don't delay.
