The 7th Annual Elgin Community Cookout/ Fest, set in the historic Elgin on September 28, 2024, offers a unique opportunity for vendors. With a free BBQ meal, a day filled with fun, music, arts and crafts, and games for all ages, this event is a prime platform to showcase your products and services to the entire community. ​Vendors can begin set up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Exhibitors must show and be present during the complete festival from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024. No booths will be allowed to close early.
