Registration and Fan Order
To get a fan from Elgin Cares is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Join in on the fun and apply for a fan! Everyone who applies gets one!

2. Let us know who will be picking it up for you. Just make sure they bring a bill with your name on it or your ID along.

3. Swing by and pick up your fan at your scheduled time! Looking forward to seeing you!
