Misson Critical Team

This amazing in person team truly embodies the spirit of Elgin Cares, bringing the organization's mission and programs to life with heartfelt passion and dedication. They are the driving force behind every event, service, and thoughtful act of kindness. If you're eager to serve others face to face and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, this amazing team the ideal place for you!

Administration Team

This team dedicates about 90% of their time to vital behind-the-scenes efforts. They comprise administrators, secretaries, data entry staff, grant writers, planners, committee members, and more! If you're eager to help out and don't mind meetings, we'd be thrilled to welcome you aboard! Administration team members aren't required to work at events or interact with the public; most find they can work comfortably from home with opportunities to serve the community face to face.

Events Team

Get to know our team—a passionate bunch committed to crafting memorable experiences. From brainstorming ideas to celebrating after the event, this lively group takes care of every detail, ensuring that everyone has a smooth and exciting time. They work closely with program managers, handle all the logistics, manage budgets, create marketing plans, and supervise on-site operations, all while bringing lots of energy and enthusiasm to everything they do.
